About RCW
RCW Construction Inc. established and family owned since 2000. Joseph Ramirez a first generation structural concrete contractor specialist founded and established RCW Construction Inc. after working on his own as a sole proprietor. He began his journey from humble beginnings in the construction trade as an apprentice and it lead him to becoming a journey man, soon after he began to manage multiple crews and multiple projects throughout the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara area. Which inspired him and his wife Maritza, a first generation assistant manager, to launch and establish their corporation RCW Construction Inc. Throughout time many things have changed, RCW began working on small retrofit jobs and small additions. The company grew quickly, as well as the demand for foundation repair or building new foundation, they were able to grow their company quickly into performing limited access hillside construction and hillside repair throughout Los Angeles and the greater Los Angeles area. As the company continued to expand so did the family's involvement. In 2010 their son Chris became a partner of RCW construction Inc. Chris is the project manager and coordinates closely with clients and Management to guarantee the success of all projects. Despite the various changes one factor that has remained consistent is our motto "One call does it all".
