General Contracting Services in Los Angeles
A few of our main specialties focus on the building and repair of new and existing foundations where limited access is a factor, the erecting of steel cages, structural steel structures by hand, limited access drilling, and hand excavations or grading.
If work is necessary on an existing foundation and access is limited, a limited-access rig will be brought in through an opening of 50 inches or more or lifted over the house with a crane. With plentiful space, truck-mounted rigs and other large, heavy equipment will be brought in to complete the required work.
Hillside Construction
When a project is located on a hillside, the proper precautions must be taken. We are CAL OSHA certified and carry an annual permit for hand excavation up to 20'. If any additional shoring is necessary, we can provide the engineer with information and give our recommendation to come up with a solution.
A temporary road and containment area are built for access and to stockpile.
The containment area also provides safety for any neighbors living below the property, as one of our concerns is to keep relations good with anyone living in the area.
Once all the proper precautions are taken, construction begins, and it is completed as safely as possible.
